At BAUER, quality assurance has the highest priority. It is based on the strictest guidelines devised by our test centre and implemented during production.

Our Quality Assurance and Product Testing Departments constantly supervise the adherence with BAUER quality standards and their development.

Departments interact on the basis of customer-supplier relationships. All components undergo thorough intermediate and final testing, prior to moving to the next stage of production. Some of these tests are highly complex. For example, operational tests of units at -40 °C, pressure tests for relief valves, hydraulic tests for pressure vessels and tests of CNG components and systems. These tests regularly exceed the legal requirements.

Our in-house documentation ensures compliance with production quality standards at any point in time, past or present. The adherence with quality standards can be verified for many years after production. This guarantees you the highest quality and reliability.
