Compressor Technic Level-1 - Block Design School (Breathing Air & Industry)

Target group:

Operators of BAUER high-pressure compressors with applications in breathing air / industrial settings and all other unit operators, who want to detect and repair break downs independently, e.g. equipment operators of fire fighters, diveclubs, pressure chambers, industrial clients. This course is among others a requirement for the diving instructor exam.

Contents:

Theoretical part:

• Basic mechanical theory & troubleshooting
• Basic control system theory (electric/pneumatic) & troubleshooting
• Purification systems
• Gas drying systems
• Basic units/parts nomenclature
• Parts ordering procedures
• Warranty policies / procedures

Practical part:

• Reassembling, verification, assembling and test run of breathing air compressor blocks on request (JUNIOR,U/C/M,K14)

• Electrical equipment

• High pressure regulations acc. to European 3rd parties e.g. (TÜV)

A certificate of completion will be awarded upon completion of the course.
