Particularly at locations with high ambient temperatures, B-KOOL ensures a vastly prolonged filter life. Operators benefit from lower filter cartridge and storage costs in addition to longer interruption-free system operation.

The B-KOOL system is positioned between the oil and water separator and filter system.
The compressed air is cooled down inside a closed cooling circuit. As a result, the dew point of the compressed air decreases and most of the moisture and oil contained condenses or is removed by the oil and water separator. Consequently, only a very small amount of moisture enters the filter cartridge, which significantly increases its life.

With B-KOOL, filter cartridges can last up to 11 times longer!

The original investment for B-KOOL is quickly recouped, because B-KOOL greatly reduces the consumption of original filter cartridges. The running costs are then virtually negligible.
